Property Styling
At Adorn Home Staging our goal is to set your property apart by encouraging potential buyers to imagine themselves living in the space.
We will work with you to style your property and consider colour, texture, lighting and flow to create a fresh and inviting space, highlighting each room's best features.
During our in-person consultations we will discuss how we could style each room, including your preferences and requirements. We are also happy to work directly with your real estate agent if you prefer.
Our team’s goal is to make this process as smooth as possible and perfectly tailored to you.
Book an obligation free consultation with one of our team members. We will meet you at your property and discuss the potential styling plans for your property.
1. Consultation
Within 48 hours our team will provide you with a detailed quotation outlining the proposed approach for each room. On acceptance of this quote we will book an installation date.
2. Quotation
On install day our experienced stylists and removalists will ensure a smooth and efficient installation process, where even the finer details are given the attention they deserve. The standard installation hire period is five weeks.
3. Installation
A week before the hire period ends, we will contact you or your real estate agent to arrange a time to remove our furnishings. At this stage we can discuss extensions on the hire period if necessary. Your property will be left spick and span once all our goods have been removed.
4. Collection
Complete Styling
Our Complete Styling service is ideal for vacant properties and involves furnishing the entire dwelling to capture the eye of potential buyers and trigger an emotional connection with your property. This includes full property styling with furniture, art and adornments.
Integrated Styling
Our Integrated Styling service is for those who intend to live in their home while it’s on the market, or who have pieces of furniture they would like to leave in the property after vacating. We will complement your existing furniture with our furnishings, art, and adornments to enhance the presentation of your property and appeal to a wide variety of potential buyers.
